1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cleanology Cleaning Company, a service of EPD Companies, LLC ("Cleanology," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your use of our website at www.cleanologycc.com and all related cleaning, laundry, and home care services we provide.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Cleanology provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Miami-Dade and Broward County, Florida, including but not limited to: standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, short-term rental turnovers, office cleaning, and CICLA laundry and dry cleaning pickup services.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Quoted prices are starting prices and may vary based on home size, condition, and specific service requirements.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Bookings may be made through our website, by phone at 954-737-5393, or by email at [email protected]. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or verbal confirmation from a Cleanology representative.

You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your service address, home size, and access instructions. Inaccurate information may result in additional charges or cancellation of service.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or free rescheduling with no penalty.
  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service price may apply.
  • Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show: Full service charge may apply to cover our team's time and travel.
  • Recurring Subscriptions: Subscription plans may be paused or cancelled with 48 hours notice before the next scheduled service.

Cleanology reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer a full refund or priority rescheduling.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking or upon completion of service, as specified during checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

Subscription and recurring service plans are billed automatically on the agreed billing cycle. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Cleanology to charge your payment method on file on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Dynamic pricing may apply based on demand, day of week, and booking lead time. The final price will always be displayed before you confirm your booking.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional charge.

Refunds are issued at our discretion and are generally limited to situations where a re-clean is not feasible or where service was not performed as agreed. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Access to Your Property

You agree to provide our team with safe and lawful access to your property at the scheduled service time. If our team is unable to access your property at the scheduled time through no fault of our own, a lockout fee or full cancellation charge may apply.

You represent that you have the legal right to authorize cleaning services at the property address provided. Cleanology is not responsible for any claims arising from unauthorized access.

8. Liability and Damage Claims

Cleanology carries full liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team during service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion with photographic documentation. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

Our liability for any single incident is limited to the cost of the service rendered. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from items that were not disclosed or were improperly secured prior to service.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Cleanology's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. HOME+HAVEN Shop — Product Terms

Products sold through the HOME+HAVEN shop on our website are subject to the following additional terms:

  • All sales are final unless a product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Defective or damaged products must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.
  • Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes; actual products may vary slightly.

10. User Accounts

You may create an account to manage your bookings and preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cleanology Cleaning Company or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

"Cleanology," "HOME+HAVEN," "CICLA," and associated logos are trademarks of EPD Companies, LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
  • Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our website or services.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website.
  • Submit false or misleading information in connection with any booking or account.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, we encourage you to first contact us directly at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Cleanology.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
